The process
The same six phases for every project type. Take all of them with us, or only the ones you need.

Concept design
We visit the site, study sun, wind and views, and develop concept options in sketches, plans and massing.
You receive: site study, concept sketches and plans, massing models, material and mood references

Concept approval
You review the concept with us. We refine it until you sign off, and the design is fixed before engineering starts.

Structural design
Foundations, frame and roof engineered for island conditions: salt air, strong winds, sand and piles over the lagoon.
You receive: structural calculations, foundation and pile design, frame and roof design

Architectural and structural drafting
Complete, coordinated construction drawings that contractors can build and price from.
You receive: plans, sections and elevations, construction details and schedules, structural drawings, permit drawing set

3D rendering
Photo-realistic images and walkthroughs, so you and your investors can see the building before it exists.
You receive: exterior renders, interior renders, aerial views, walkthrough video

Bill of quantities
Every material and item of work measured and listed, so contractors price the same scope and you compare tenders fairly.
You receive: measured quantities, itemised boq, tender documents, tender comparison
