Concept Design

Every project starts with an idea. We develop architectural concepts that establish a clear direction for the project before detailed design begins.

We study the site, orientation, views, access, natural light, ventilation, scale, and relationship to the surrounding environment. Through sketches, diagrams, plans, sections, and simple 3D studies, we explore different possibilities and develop the strongest approach for the project.

The result is a clear design concept that provides a foundation for all later stages of the project.
